|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept Credit Cards payments through Sagepay/Paypal. Payment is taken at time of ordering.
Schools are able to open account with us and pay on invoice, select invoice in the payment method. Payment terms are strictly 30 days.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling We offer free carriage on orders over £100 that are delivered to UK Mainland Addresses. Deliveries to The Highlands, Northern and Southern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Islands all carry a surcharge which is calculated and added to your shopping basket please select the correct class of service when ordering.|

We deliver goods using couriers who deliver Mon-Fri between 9am - 5pm. If your item is large it will be sent out on a pallet. If no one is available to take delivery it is called a failed delivery and will incur redelivery charges. These charges will be quoted to you based on your delivery postcode when the couriers have telephoned you and us to make every attempt to deliver your item. If these charges are not accepted the goods will be returned to us and your will be credited the value of your item minus all delivery and redelivery charges incurred. It is therefore important you notify us at the time of ordering if there are any delivery restrictions on certain days and times.
|Delivery Schedule Goods are manufactured to order. We aim to despatch all order within 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of order.|
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it (at the customers expense) within 7 working days beginning with the day after receipt and we will refund your money, providing it is in its original packaging with any accessories, unsoiled and unused.

It must be returned to us for inspection before it is replaced or a refund is issued. We will reimburse postage charges for justified claims subject to receipt of the goods in the original packaging and including any accessories. Proof of postage charges incurred will be required. In the event the claim is not accepted, we will advise you of the reason in writing and, if required, the goods will be returned to the customer.
All products are covered by a 12 month guarantee from the date of receipt, provided they are used in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and in a manner that is considered to be for the purpose for which it is designed. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product or individual component, it is additional to this guarantee. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labour.

|Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.|
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
Where goods are returned outside of the 7 working days it is subject to Educational Aids approval. A 20% restocking fee against the value of the goods will be applied.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
